i really dont like to quit but sometimes it seems to take a break can really change alot ...either way i dont quit till raid leader does

* What guilds have you been with (including servers), and why did you leave. since my return to wow ive been in a couple guild one was basically a lvling guild for some fun and other was pretty hardcore doing togc hard modes i left cause i just didnt like the way the guild was going

I will be going to depravity just to run ToC 25 (unless I must also run Uldaur 25 for DKP). I hate DKP, but this is just a means to an end while we are reforming. I will still be running 10m and 10m heroics with you guys, but I will be better geared for it. (I won't take gear over members who are staying)

I will also be leveling a shaman healer which I will move into the guild as an alt. This way we can get two 10m raids going a week.

Also, I propose that we set up a channel so everyone can keep in touch.

Like I said Mamu is just an example i got no hard feelings against him. But the thing is we cant pretend to be a great end game guild if we are not. Like you said Nessie a raid is 25 ppl and im not thinking of myself as the one who do everything cause it would be false. The only role i have in a raid is to bring some dps without dying and buffin the raid and i do it succesfully but the way i feel right now is 15 ppl are carryin maybe 10 more and it shouldnt be like that. Those are just random numbers and i dont want to give more name cause im gonna be bitched at and i dont want to leave in bad terms with ya all. All i've wanted is to raid in a good end game guild . I had much hope for over a year now and things just get worst or up and down but with more downs then ups if you know what i mean.

For loot system well , ive used Dkp and ive used loot council yes ive been playin for 4 yrs and seen everything else too. Everyone has their preference and i do think dkp is better. I can even explain why but it wouldnt change anything so i wont. I think i just dont fit anymore in the guild and im waiting to be kicked , i wish best luck to all of you and dont be afraid to talk to me even if i get kicked :P

I agree with all you said honestely and when i said not being fun i mean that by having to listen to all the drama that goes on during raids (honestly i take my headset off for alot due to that) and spending hours on easy bosses and that mentality of well its not my job and things getting assinged to individuals then everyone trying when they can and yes i know certain fights are that way but its only a few.

kinda ironic that you leave after getting upset about loot on tuesday, tell the truth you are really pissed that you didnt get that trinket,
then if you have been feeling this way for a while you sure didnt have a problem taking the off tank loot that bukama beat you on the roll on that night in ulduar when someone made the suggestion you should get it since you were the second tank for the second 10man team
